Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engaging them on the post of legal assistant on the fix monthly salary fixed by the State Government (in General Administration Department) from time to time or on the wages fixed by the concerned Deputy Commissioner on temporary or contractual basis in Haryana,Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula.
The Educational Qualification
The education qualification for the post is as under:-
(i) lst division in 10th and 12th' Mandatory.
(ii) Law Graduate from Recognized University (English Medium.)
(iii) Preference will be gtven to candidates who possess LLM or any higher Qualification in law.
Total Post
There are 20 posts (can be increased or reduced as per requirement.
Duties / Responsibllity:-
(i) Deal with all court cases from receipt till final stage.
(ii) Advise on legal issues pertaining to the field.
(iii) Discuss and prepare draft reply in consultation with the headquarter. The draft of written statement be prepared firom legal cell (HSSC) as well as Office of the Advocate General, Haryana.Any other assign work related to court cases/legal matters.
Age Limit
Maximum age 42 years as per Govt. Instrutions, hrowever in case of reserve candidate 5 years relaxation shall be given.
The benefit of reservation shall be given to Backward classes, other Backvard classes, Ex service Man, EWS, physically Handicapped, scheduled caste, Schedule tribe as per state Government reserwation policy.
Date of reporting
Interested candidate may attend the office along with their original documents on 20.04.2018.
