- The Application Form together with instructions for filling up the Application Forms will be available at the website of the Commission from 11.10.2019.
- The Last date for filing of online Application complete in all respects along with the requisite fee (online/Bank DD) is 30.10.2019.
- The last date for receipt of online applications provided in the notification shall be the cut-off date for determining the eligibility.
- The Date of commencement for submission of online/manual applications : 11.10.2019.
- The Last date for submission of Online/ manual Applications and Fee : 30.10.2019
Eligibility Conditions.
A. Qualification:-
a. A Bachelor of Laws of a University established by Law in India;
OR
b. A Barrister of England or Northern Ireland or a member of the faculty of
Advocates in Scotland or any other equivalent law degree recognized by
the Government of India.
B. Age as on _1st January 2019:
Minimum = 18 Years
Maximum = 35 Years
C. Must be a Permanent resident of the J&K State as defined in Section 6
of J&K Constitution.
Requisite Fee.
After successful submission of the online/manual form, the candidate will be
required to deposit requisite fee through online/draft mode.
The amount of fee to be paid is given below:-
- General Category :Rs.1000/
- Reserved Categories :Rs.500/
- PHC Category : Nill

- Date of Commencement of Main Examination : 17-02-2020
